2 – APPLICATION

BY POST

Complete the appropriate Application form, either for an Individual or Limited Company and post it back to us at: TIUTA PLC, 21 ELY PLACE, LONDON EC1N 6TD.

3 – APPROVAL

After the application has been approved and terms of the loan established, you will be sent a formal Offer Letter.

 

4 – INSTRUCTION

A surveyor and solicitor will be instructed on receipt of valuation fee and our legal fee.

 

5 – COMPLETION – MONEY AVAILABLE WITHIN 24 HOURS

On receipt of the valuation and completed legal packs, money will be released to your solicitor.
